For construction / purchase / repurchase of house/ flat in an existing or proposed Housing Society in an Apartment ownes Association or an independent Bunglow or Row house

• Maximum Loan Limit - Rs. 60 Lakhs
• Sureties -
  1. One surety with Notice of intimation / Equitable mortgage
  2. No surety with Registered mortgage
• Repayment period - Maximum 240 months
• Rate of Interest -
  1. Repayment period 60 months : 7.20% p.a.
  2. Repayment period 84 months : 7.50 % p.a.
  3. Repayment period above 84 months : 8.25 % p.a.
• Other Conditions –
  1. Share linkage 2.5% of loan amount
  2. Loan amount shall be disbursed to Builder / Owner or to borrower on
  3. porduction of stamped receipts.
